Both teams are 0-1. Central lost to Manuel 17-7 and Lafayette opened with rough outing against a strong Scott County team but still managed to put 22 points on them.

This isn't new for Central..they have built their program playing 6A teams.

Central shows why they are still the favorite for the 3A title.....

These teams played against each other at the UK 7-on-7 during the summer. Lafayette won I believe.
