just wondering cause im not really familiar with all of the districts in the 14th. Which is the strongest of the 4 districts? and why?

With Estill moving into the 56th, it will be the toughest. Estill, Powell and Lee will all be contenders in the 14th. The 54th with Perry, Leslie and Hazard will also be tough and could argued that it is the toughest district.

Tie. The 56th and 54th contain 6 of the top 7 teams in the region. The only exception being KCC who I think can always play with everyone on any given day.
