Too early to discuss refs?

"Look at me" was in mid season form the last game I went to.

LOL! Please elaborate.

.....controls the game well...seems to protect the players, but you can count on every game having a stoppage to "seemingly" redirect the focus on him. Running over to the stands to scold the student section, when the AD, Principal, and the Dean of Discipline is standing on the track between the students and the field...calls when he is on the sideline for plays that are right in front of the center.....etc......

Again......too early ?

Saw an "offsides" call last night in the campbell/highlands game when the ball was still on the Highlands side of the field. How are you offsides on your own end?

If the ball is in your end but you are on the other, you can be offside....but if you are saying they were on their half, then......nope.....there is a reason why each asst ref only covers one half of the field.

FYI......Ref's at the CCH/CCHS game tonight did a nice job. Not that my opinion should matter to them.

Looking into the sun at CCH is always a tough draw on the sideline closest to the stands.

I thought I was reading about football refs and had no clue what you were saying. DOH.

Is this ref a little guy, balding, glasses? If so, I have seen his act.
