June 12, 201313 yr I tried watching online but can't see to get it to work. Went into the guide and clicked on a show. It opened a window with info and a button that says "Watch on TV." Only button to hit. Click on it and nothing happens. Anyone?
June 12, 201313 yr I found out that the remote DVR option is not available yet for Insight customers. That is one of the features that I am most looking forward to having. Probably needs a change in equipment maybe? Any ETA on option?

Taken to TWC website to enter username and password. That easy.
