June 11, 201313 yr This is turning out to be a fun story to follow. Xbox fans claiming this is the same policy as Xbox One, while Sony fans are saying it's the same policy as PS3. I'm not sure what to make of it yet, but it's starting to look to me as if 3rd party developers will be able to block and limit their games on the PS4.
