I really dont know the 13th baseball that well and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.

Corbin, Middlesboro, South Laurel, Cumberland, Whitley Co., in no particular order this early.

Corbin has two or three things they have to overcome to be a good team this year:

 

1. No experienced outfielders.

2. No Depth

3. Lack of speed, which makes it difficult to play the "small ball" that they have had a lot of success at.

I would say that is a fair assessment considering they lost seven starters from last year's team.

Yea i agree they lost a lot of good talent but they have a great coach and from what i heard and saw last year i think they will be alright, i like the way they play baseball.

Who does Bell have that will help them be a contender in the region?

Bell Co has Steven Hunter, Spencer Greer, and Kyle Nelson back.

Every starter is back, lost Wilder who pitched, he is at Union College playing baseball.

I find that very interesting that Middlesboro is number 1, since the varsity coach went to the middle school's coach and asked for some 8th graders. Of course that was to fill spots since only about 12 kids are playing right now. Skip Fredy...gone...Emmert...gone.....bunches of kids...gone.

Corbin will be good, but they have to rebuild. They may get to be a top 5 team but they won't be at the start of the season. Too many starters lost.
