Cory Peters made it official and signed with UK. A great pick up and a great overall class for the Cats. UK beat out UL,Ohio State, Auburn and Michigan to sign him.

I think UK is having a great class because they are recruiting the "Me Generation" kids.

 

Meaning, all of them are signing with UK because "me thinks I get to play here a lot sooner".

 

Regardless of my thoughts, this is a nice pickup & overall class for the Wildcats.

Don't all kids think about such things when they sign? And though UK is not a top 25 team in football, they do play in the SEC which ain't too bad. Combine that with playing close to home and it ain't such a bad choice. Just my opinion.

The signing of all of the best in state players is a must for a state school wanting to play with all of the big boys year in and year out.
