Just sat down at Valley. Set to tip in about 35 minutes.

 

There is so much interference that my handheld radio won't work and I can't hear the UofL game. Not happy about that little development.

 

The Trinity students have already occupied one full section in the lower gym. There will end up being a lot of them.

 

Ballard is about halfway to a full section. This place will be packed by tip-off.

Looking for the broadcast. Anyone?

Newspaper didn't list one today so I'm not sure if there's a Louisville station carrying the game.

As soon as the players came out for warm-ups, the students started jawing at each other across the court. I hope it doesn't get as bad as last year, but this place will be at a fever pitch here shortly.

Outside the designated student section, there's not a huge crowd to speak of. I really do think that scheduling this against the Louisville game is driving down attendance. It tips in 15 minutes... guess we'll find out.
