Anybody Follow the 5th?

Featured Replies

John Hardin and Elizabethtown are awful tough. They square off in the rubber match of a 3 game series next week. Caverna and Bardstown were double-digit winners in the All "A" and are sleepers. How does this region compare with the rest of the state?

I think top to bottom, it is one of the best non-big city regions in the state. Depending on how the region brackets shake down in March, it could be an interesting region tournament.

You know i do Hearsay. The 5th deserves way more credit than it gets!

Depending on the draw for the Sweet 16, the rep from the 5th could go along ways. Maybe they will get lucky and draw the 14th for their first round game.

Looks like ETown and JH is becoming a good rivalry. Caverna has been successful lately and NH is usually a canidate for Rupp every season, nice region that gets overlooked, not many posters west of L'ville.

Why tough love for the 14th?

Is it weak?

John Hardin has taken over North's spot in that district and this region IMO, although North does have a good freshman and sophomore class which includes a 6'10 Freshman. :scared: :scared:

It's not tough love. That's just who I would want to draw based on what they showed in the litkenhouse ratings this week.
