Coach Berringer who played at UK and Coach Scharlman( current offensive line coach at UK) both seem to think he can play at that level. I think I will go with their evaluation unless you can show me that your credentials are better. If he never plays a down at UK, Walton will be proud of him and I think he of himself for striving to be the best.

 

Perspective here, we aren't talking about Rudy. Mosier is a 6'5" 320 lbs. athlete who is strong and can move. Missing camps going into his Jr. year due to a knee injury didn't help. Playing for a new program with no history against lesser competition didn't help, but all he did was dominate on the field. Obviously the new regime at UK is interested and now Cole can prove his worth. From what I've seen he should adjust well.

Yes, he turned down several really nice offers from NAIA schools that were basically paying for everything with everything combined(grants, sports and Kees). D3 schools as well but no he did not turn down any fbs scholarships. He felt he wanted to play against the best and make his mark. He got a taste of the competition level attending many summer camps and knew he could more than compete at a high level.
