If Estill can manage to win at Lee by 4, then they are the top seed. If not, then it will be Lee. As far as the number 3 and 4 seeds, that will be determined after 1-4 Owsley plays at 0-5 Powell, also on February 3. Owsley won over Powell by 8 at Owsley, so Powell would have to win by 9 to grab the number 3 seed.
