Jared finished the season with 163 punt return yards, averaging 14.82 per attempt. He had 793 kick return yards, averaging 31.72 with a SK record 98 yarder. 44 yards shy of a thousand. Great season!

Would have loved to see him some at WR but just wasn't meant to be.

Swanson is one of the quickest players I have seen on the hardwood, never had a chance to see him on the gridiron but I am sure he would have been tough to defend at WR.

One thing about Jared was he wasnt the biggest kid nor the fastest or even the most physically gifted player. But each and every week he was the hardest working player who gave 110 maximum effort every game and will be missed next season very much as will most of the Sk seniors. Great season boys and good luck in the next phase of your life.

Very good tackler and pretty physical for a smallish db.
