No in both leagues really. Hey you can take all the time you are allowed I just want some excitement. What can you possibly be trading? The only thing you could do is move down in this round. No one can take on more picks or players in the first 2 rounds.

As long as neither one of you have more then two players at the end of round two you are good. Yes you can trade it for one of his players/keepers and a draft pick or two, as long as the draft picks was in the 3rd round or later.
