I know in KY they can do that in fact there is a guy in NKY who was ordered to have a vasectamy because he has like 12 kids with 5 different women. I believe he had 3 in one year, just reckless. The last known compulsory sterilization in the United States was over 30 years ago. On what grounds could the judge order a vasectomy? Sterilization as punishment for a crime has been illegal since the 1940s. Sterilization as part of a state eugenics program for the mentally disabled is still on the books though, as I said, unused for a few decades. Edited May 21, 201214 yr by Getslow

June 2, 201214 yr 30 kids from 11 different women with the oldest being 14? That's an average of 2 a year. I think the court should make him watch all thirty everyday.
