This guy should be ordered by the state to get fixed.

 

I know in KY they can do that in fact there is a guy in NKY who was ordered to have a vasectamy because he has like 12 kids with 5 different women. I believe he had 3 in one year, just reckless.

 

The last known compulsory sterilization in the United States was over 30 years ago. On what grounds could the judge order a vasectomy? Sterilization as punishment for a crime has been illegal since the 1940s. Sterilization as part of a state eugenics program for the mentally disabled is still on the books though, as I said, unused for a few decades.
