The Yellow Jackets lead Corbin by 9 at the half but Corbin caught fire from behind the arc in the second half with Clint Cashen, Ryan Tate, and Kyle French all getting in on the act.

French led Corbin with 25 followed by Freshman Josh Crawford's 22

Stewart Miller led the Jackets with 25.

Congratulations Redhounds!

Wow, figured Corbin could take M'boro by more then that! Alot closer then I thought! M'boro is one of the weakest teams in the region. Just goes to show their isnt a big difference between #2 and #10 in this region!

This score is not too surprising to me as Corbin has a bad habit this year of not playing with a sense of urgency until the third or fourth quarter. They only scored 27 or 29 points in the first half last night and then scored 48-50 in the second half. They have done this numerous times this year, sometimes they have gotten away with it and other times they have not.

There is not that much difference between Corbin(#6 or 7 in the region)and Middlesboro(anywhere from #10-13), one of the deciding factors in this game being Middlesboro relying too much on the perimeter and Corbin scoring mainly in the paint.

Kyle French played well for Corbin both on the inside and outside and fisnished with 25 points. Crawford added 24 and Tate 14 for the Hounds. Miller scored 25 for Middlesboro. Cashen received plenty of playing time at the point for Corbin in the second half in place of Hamlin, not sure what the story is on that or if there is one.
