It almost seems that Boone should look outside NKY so that coach doesn't feel or care about the pressure that they are walking into. It is funny how even high school coaching comes with a lot of pressure.

I meant they will become a Duke our west. I know they are no where close to a Duke now. I expect Bobby to set himself up to succeed Coach K at Duke. That's what I'm hoping. Or maybe Wojo from Marquette.

Those people who feel a 1948 championship is better than a 2012 championship where you need more games and more rounds to win are mistaken. But a championship is a championship whether we like it or not.

Then UK will take a backseat to UCLA's 11 which make UK 2nd best and Duke 3rd bedt. I can live with that. However Duke's titles will always be in the better competitive years of basketball.

I'll take Duke's 5 championships in a way more competitive 30 years of basketball with more rounds in the tournament.

Duke Never missed the ncaa tournament in the since 94 or something like that. But this awesome UK team lost the first round of the NIT. Nice case on Duke's first round losses.

Neither did a 38-1 Kentucky. My point is they were recruited for 1 to 2 years and then they were on their way to the NBA. Cal didnt start this phenomenon. The NBA started it.

Then you could still have refs available to verify if the player made the right or wrong call. Just a thought.

I'm taking U of L off the top spot because the University have given them over 40mil in revenue (which is included in their yearly revenue) on top of thier generated revenue since 2006 which gets them to the top spot. which only leave UNC and Duke above UK which I did not take the time to see if those schools give their programs funds as well. However, The University of Kentucky has given the basketball program less than 5mil since 2006. UK generated on the program alone in 2009 14mil, 2010 16mil, 2011 21mil, 2012 22mil, 2013 20mil, and 2014 21mil. Pretty good jump and revenue since the arrival of Coach Cal. This is not the most, but this is the top 5 with UofL, Kansas, UNC, and Duke. UofL has remained flat but at the top, UNC has dropped hard, Kansas has remained flat and in the 5th spot and Duke just hangs out where ever.

That is just the type of persona that he puts out there. Which is fine, but it ties back to if you're not perfect, then you get ridiculed whether you attend early morning mass or not. Gamblers attend mass also and drink and enjoy the night life as well. I am no way calling Cal that because I dont believe he does those things only because he doesnt tell the public that he does those things. But Church didnt save him from Violations and fighting with Temples former head coach...and a long list of other things that can be dug out. He created his own criticism.

Duke will win another title before UK will. That is my humble oppinion, but I'm pretty sure it's a good one. Cal will go to the NBA.
