My bad- when I re-read this- I meant to say "Let Sullivan continue teaching in the public school system until he can retire.

Wouldn't it make more sense (and dollars and cents) to let Sullivan continue coaching in the public school system until he can retire? How many years would that be? I know they want the head coach" in the school" - but I see this option happening before I see the " buy out" the remainder of his retirement. JMO
