  1. I'd put GC's schedule up against anybody around here. I called this outcome two days ago. Henry is no push over, heck they played the mighty Bearcats of WV to 6-8 at Walton.
  2. Yea they played but were in constant foul trouble and couldn't get in the flow of the game. The little they were in they both dominated play. In the game most people north of beaver lick claim getting screwed two of Gallatins top seven didn't even break a sweat.
  3. The game was equally as bad for both teams. There were 4 offensive fouls called on GC in the first four minutes of the game that were definetly wrong. I will be the first GC fan to say the refs were horrible, very bad, but I believe they were on both sides of the ball. And yes they probably had something to do with determing the margin of victory, but they had nothing to do with the "D" GC played in the third quarter. One last comment the ref told 44 to tell 20 on the previous play and I quote " tell 20 one more word and I'm going to get him" so it didn't matter what he said, he made a gesture and said something and that's all it took. GC's #21 got a tech for the exact same reaction why is no one saying anything about that call? Enough said best of luck W/V see you in Jan.
  4. Your exactly right Mr. Curtain this is definetly a "novice" piece if scored on the CATS test.
  5. Can you please learn to use spell check. I am having a very hard time understanding your post's. With that said Walton has a nice team and yes the next match up with Gallatin will be interesting. Like Mr. Cat said Gallatin won by 20 some and their two big guys barely touched the floor:sssh:
  6. :jump: Hey Spilly---Walton has yet to beat Gallatin in anything this year (06-07), from M/S football to Academic team just wondering if you blame the officiating in those contest also?
  7. UKNOWHO1 sounds to me like you've got a personal problem with the kid.
  8. I know I don't always get along with the SK faithful, but I hate to see anything happen to the players. Hope there is a speedy recovery for Mike.
  9. Coach Poynter has done a tremendous job in Bedford---period. There is nothing that can be said to dispute that. One of the first things you learn as a coach is to not listen to anything good or bad that people say. Trimble was bad for many years and he and his staff have built a young program into a respectful program in a short time.
  10. Also they only lose three kids off this team so the future is bright for this young program. Best of luck to the three seniors.
  11. The Wildcats finish their first varsity season at 4-4. The wildcats couldn't get into the district this year so they end their season on an up note winning three in a row.
