What do you think may happen with Hue Jackson and the Cleveland Browns after the 2017 season is over? It appears that Jackson got Sashi Brown fired for not providing the players he needed to win. Haslem said that Hue Jackson will remain in Cleveland for the 2018 season. When new GM Ken Dorsey was asked about that he said, "The owner has already spoken." Not exactly a ringing endorsement but more like, "If that's what the boss says." It must be noted that GMs usually like to have their own coach in place. Another factor outside of any designs that the Brown's ownership and/or front office has in mind is what happens in Cincinnati. If Marvin Lewis is gone as head coach, does Mike Brown make Hue Jackson an offer to come to Cinci as Head Coach? Jackson was asked if he would accept the job there, to which he said, "I want to finish what I started here," or something to that effect. It was a non-answer saying what he is expected to say. Again, there is wiggle room in his answer. We know how badly he wanted to trade for AJ McCarron and how well he worked with Andy Dalton. We also know that Mike Brown and Hue seem to get along well. So, what do you think will happen with Hue Jackson following the 2017 season? Does he remain in Cleveland at least for 2018, or does he return to Cincinnati as the Head Coach (assuming Marvin steps down), or does Cleveland just fire him and Hue is out of work until another team comes calling.
