Moore got in some light work a week ago, moving to 5-1 with a 27-0 win over Valley that was stopped with more than 3 minutes left in the third quarter. That was their lone home game between August and mid-October, and it's back to the road for a Thursday showdown with Breckinridge County. Breckinridge is a respectable 3-3, and just grabbed a big win over Western that may just get them into the playoffs. They were winless a season ago - can they spoil Moore's district title aspirations or do we continue the march to an October 19th showdown with John Hardin?

The Bulldogs got back on the winning track after a two game slide, pasting Meade County 37-0 last week to move to 3-3. Now, to be frank, they enter the easy part of their schedule, starting with 2-4 Breckinridge County. The Tigers lost to that same Meade County team 44-7 at the beginning of September. Could we see a megaton upset or will it be exactly as you'd think?

The Bulldogs completed their pre-district slate with a 42-21 win over Wing-T killer Meade County, raising their record to 3-3. It's the same record they had in their first six games a season ago, and they are widely expected to mow down their district. Their first victim? Breckinridge County, which is on a four game losing streak and just fell to previously winless Grayson County. Will this be as bad as it seems?

Series History: Allen County-Scottsville leads 8-0 Series at Allen County-Scottsville: Allen County-Scottsville leads 4-0 AC/S will be strong favorites to move above .500 for the first time since the end of their 13-1 state runner-up season in 2010. It's already the first time they've been at or above .500 since that point. They've got the perfect team for it. The Fighting Tigers enter winless at 0-6 and have never defeated the Patriots. They are in fact in the midst of a 14 game losing streak. They are coming off a season high scoring effort of 27 against Caverna, almost equaling their total scoring effort for the previous 10 games (30). The Tigers haven't scored on the Patriots in their last two meetings, losing by a combined 95-0.
