This is what I was talking about, RH has the talent they should avg. this per game, they are gonna be a hard out for ANY team come tourney play.

Boyles and Barker are for sure going to be back for the game.

I was just wondering because after next year I am sure Ashland will drop us and probably Russell will too. Who would be good candidates to pick up in case this happens? Would a regular season matchup against Beechwood be impossible?

Nobody in the region can stop Chad Jackson. The closest has been Blandon Clemmons. They are one and two. Dakota is three, best "big man" in the region. The proof is in the stats.

The stats show me Jonathon Ferguson is the BEST in the region, . No doubt Chad and Dakotah are in the top 5 THIS YEAR. Next year I will check out the Lexington paper they will have better coverage of them than the Daily Independent

If they are true then they are not rumors. That is a contradictory in terms. "The bus" goes to Grayson and all points in between. Currently there are over 25 kids riding "the bus" yet no one complains. Why do you think that is?

Ricky answer me this if say for instance Raceland took a bus to Huntington an picked up a 6'6 power forward and a kid who made 31 on his act's the same amount of trouble will befall the Rams even though we picked up a possible Valeditorian to go along with a possible all-state basketball player. All the rest of us want is a level playing field and no matter what the Private Schools say it is not level. If you had to play LCA in football and they graduated their QB this year and they had to start a Soph next year you would feel pretty good about your chances,but because they are private they can bring in anyone they want from anywhere they want.

A Russell player gets tired of listening to the constant nagging of Coach Dodd and scores for GCHS just to get the season over.

C'mon Doc I've known you for over 20 years this year the rumors are true. The bus will just have to start driving to Huntington and all places in between again.

I would hate to see what would happen in Ramland if they took BASEBALL half as serious as they do Football, Hoof is a great guy but I think he needs to step down and give some other people a shot that really wants to take this program to the next level. We have had several good players over the years and several have said that we need to move forward.

Tough post on Hoof, who would you recommend for the job?

You are correct. I have seen him twice this year. Once had a great game and once was fair. He definetly is a player though.:thumb:

All 3 officials will represent us VERY well!! The Boss must be "dancing in the dark" if he can't see that Joe Billman is a top knotch official. Maybe on one of those "restless nights" "you can look" and see a "good man is hard to find" for this job, but the KHSAA found one. Or perhaps you are just "blinded by the light."

Go that is a very good post, but you need to hurry and make another you're stuck on a bad # , If Joe is so great how did he only get 1 game at the tourney last year? He is intimadated by certain coaches and arenas in our little area IMO, Joe IMO is in the top 5-7 in this area but not near as compotent as the 2 others mentioned, I'm hoping the 63rd doesn't get him, Maddix, or Anderson this year.

Coach is emotional, but if you are talking about his tenure at Greenup, it was the Administration who made the mistake my friend. Coach is not a choir boy but neither are any other 16th region coaches.

No, IMO if Elliott shoots like they did against RH there are alot of teams that can beat them, also Elliott did not pressure the ball like a normal Elliott team. When you have Dakotah and Chad that in my IMO is close to 50 right there if you get out and push the ball, RH kids are in excellent shape, this is a year round game for them.
