  1. Why I love high school football? You know this is the best post I have seen in my short time on BGP. High school football, is not about the money, or the glory. It is about a player who loves the game, his school, his teammates, and his coaches. It is about doing the right thing, not for yourself, but for your team. It is about crying in the locker room with your teammates after you lose that last game. It is about playing to win, and hating to lose. It is about being true and pure. That is why I love high school football.
  2. I hate to talk about a topic that has been beaten in the ground, but I just can't see how anyone who knows football (not to question your knowledge) could think 6 classes is good for anyone. I know many teams that had a hard time with scheduling.
  3. Middlesboro are one of those teams who you can always count on to win 6 or 7 games no matter how good they are. However, they are going to be very experienced on the offensive line, and that always means good things for anyone. Look for Middlesboro to be dangerous in 07.
  4. What does Lynn Camp need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.
  5. I agree......the sweet sixteen is probably the most exciting thing in KY high school athletics today. However, how truly fair is it?
  6. I think the KHSAA has the ability to be a good organization. I think they are trying to make good decisions for the most part. However, what are they thinking by rearranging the classes in football? If you are going to rearrange the classes, at least make them equal. Put all your private schools into two classes, and leave your public schools in their own classes. Also, basketball and baseball...how can you expect schools with 500 students to play with bigger schools that have 14 and 1500. That is probably the worst idea anyone has ever had.....
  7. as long as he stays healthy Wagner, and Roskoff at TB
