I agree with you 16th62nd. She is the best that I have seen. She must have been pretty good for UK to offer her a scholarship.

Kasi was the most talented player to play in the 16th region. I am not saying the best player, but by far the most talented. To my knowledge Kasi is not playing college ball anywhere, until we walk in her shoes we probably shouldn't pass judgement on her.

The issue can be voted on each year, but it will take a majority vote to change anything. It is in Black and White, I could care less if this district seeds or not. I know from years past how the seeding took place and I know that it takes a majority vote to change the seed to a draw. I can't see Ashland or Boyd ever voting for a draw. So unless there is a realignment the 64th district will probably be a seeded district.

Per KHSAA Handbook B) For district tournaments with four or more teams, the district tournament brackets may be drawn by random lot or placed into the bracket using a seeding system. A majority vote (recorded in writing) of the Principals, Athletic Directors and/or Designated Representatives of the schools in the district is required in order to make or change seeding decisions.

It will take a 3-1 or 4-0 vote to change the seed back to a draw. 2-2 keeps it as a seeded district.
