I haven't heard much on Bardstown except some things that the local paper have said.. I heard they had a great win this past week, but was wondering who looked good during the game... Joey Downs said they were faster this year than last year.. Seems hard to believe

You and I must have been watching two different field goal attempts, the ball was way left. At the end of the game the score board read 23 to to 20 Nelson.. Which really should have been 23 to 13 IMO... Like I said earlier.. BE had 2 drives at the end of the game that resulted in negative yardage.. Can you really PIN that on a ref? The last drive of the game they couldn't even complete a pass not the mention having the ball intercepted AGAIN..

Nelson Co. and BE played each other very well the other night. Yes BE had more penalities, but 3 or 4 of the so called 14 they had were unsportman like conduct calls. BE had more then enough chanes at the end of the game to come back and steal the game but couldn't answer the call. There was a very questionable call when Nelson Co. Senior Safety Tyler Smith intercepted the ball ran two yards and was tackled and fumbled the ball but Nelson recovered. The interception was called incompelete and on the following BE play they scored. The bottom line is Nelson Co. wanted it more.. GREAT FIRST WIN.. KEEP THAT BARRELL!!!!
