  1. Lofton needs to be at the top of everyones list. I'll never forget the Mason county Lex Catholic game his senior year @ Catholic. The gym was packed and i was right down on the floor when he pulled up about 5 feet behind half court with 2 hands in his face to force the game to over time and pull out a win in OT. Best high school game and best Kentucky high school basketball player I've ever seen HANDS DOWN!!. Big ups to Chris Lofton. I dont know what he'd doing now but hopefully he's over seas somewhere.

He is playing pro ball in Turkey and doing rather well.:thumb:

  2. I would consider Mason County the favorite until Clark County gets in the kind of shape they need to be in to press and break the press. Stenzel,Zollo and Rogers just plain looked winded and out of shape from the 3rd quarter on in the regional finals

I was just being polite and going with the flow:thumb:. But in all honesty, the guard that started that was a senior is going to hurt them a little unless someone steps up big time.

  3. I hope not too! You don't have to have a KY boy coaching UK. We deserve the best possible candidate we can get and their are others out there that have coached longer, won more games, are proven recruiters, and have more experience, and as Roy Williams said about his predecessor, more equity built up. Ford shouldn't be consisered this time around for an opening that is not open. Same goes for Pelphrey.

  4. I agree with Holmes and Shelby Valley but not Mason Co. Clark Co. will be the team to beat in the 10th next year. Mason Co. loses Middleton and Downing this year.

Clark will probably be the favorite, but don't count Mason out. Yes we lost Middleton and Downing, but we return Pawsat and Setty, Gilbert, Lang, and Barner. They will contend!
