STUPID.... schools are becoming way out of control with this stuff. Teachers don't think about how stupid it is to actually "charge" some of these kids with some of the stuff they are charging them with too! The teachers could just squash it at their level at it would never be heard about, like try this....DON'T ENFORCE IT....but there will be some teacher who will have to try out the new rule on some straight A student who hugs a kid...IGNORANT...gotta stop...blood pressure is rising :madman:

There will be no trial in this case..he will plea to 20 years in prison and will do about 10 years (maybe).. then he will be out running around commiting more felonies and living off of the taxpayers.

I think Chief Lacy even brought that guy's family gifts/food for Christmas last year. And that is how he is re-payed? The guy said in an interview that he does not even remember doing it because he was so "high". That seems to be a common defense being used by these idiots now a days and I think it is a crock! You do the crime--you do the time--high or not! :madman: You want rehab, you can get that while you are in prison!

Estill County will play fundamental baseball. They are well coached, and have played together for awhile. Congrats to them on their win. Should be a good one between them and the Bobcats. I have a family connection to the Bobcats, so I'm gonna have to back them in the finals!

I have heard from one of Owen Counties players that one of their pithchers is definately a D1 prospect. He did NOT mention anything about him throwing 96 mph. That is a pretty big detail to leave out of a discussion. I could see 86 , but I agree with STRIKE 3, if there was a kid in the state throwing 96mph, the media would be eating that up.

Not a very good outing for the boys from Bourbon County. That was my 1st time seeing either team play this season and either Brossart is way better than Bourbon Co, or Bourbon had a real bad night. Either way, it's just a game..play hard, and keep swinging!

Is Daniel Neeley (Owen Co) headed to Centre College or is it Union College? I have heard mention of both. Two sport player at either..if they will allow it.

I blame the parents more than the system.

You my friend are absolutely correct, but as you know a lot of parents in some parts of our Commonwealth are not even raising their own children. They are too busy getting high on drugs to raise their own kids. Kids are like a blank chalkboard.....you can write on them what you want...it's unfortunate what some of these kids have to see in their lives..

Court systems do nothing to juveniles!! They can do whatever they like...

I don't think cell phones cause most accidents, I think people are in too big of a rush! And you can always use the 10 percent rule in everything. Some people just can not drive at all, then you give them a cell phone and watch out!!
