I know for a fact, that 8 top 25 teams have been looking at this Slusher kid from Bell Co. He has been invited to visit about two dozen teams so far.

Belfry........almost forgot them. They definetly are in the top three.

Corbin was always a tuff one.

I played in the infamous "TURKEY DAY" game. It was a sound decision at the time, as I remember. We were beaten by a better team that day. Our defense lost a lot from the championship year, and that was the true downfall. Our problem back then, was we had no passing attack. Darrin Clark(UK) was the only pass threat, but we just couldn't get the ground game going. As I remember, it was so cold out there that night too. What a rivarly though. Glad I experinced it first hand.

True. They were impressive for quite a while also, but I don't think they were quite on the same level.

Probably a little biased here, but I have to put a strong argument in for Bell. Rock, Corbin, Middlesboro, and maybe a few others......, but I think this has really been Bell's stomping ground the last few decades.

This Slusher kid from Bell is a ridiculous athelete, and only getting better. I just can't see why more recognition hasn't come his way. He only had two less scores than the wide-out on his team who won S.E.K.C player of the year, and he is a tight-end!!!

Henson was a great back. I played against him in the early 90's. Clay ran him as often as possible. But he was shut down big-time in the playoffs by Bell County pretty regularly.
