Clay lost to PCC in Overtime at Leslie Co...I think they lost by 1 point...and Im not suree but I think this was the game were Sizemore and Jones were hurt...but dont quote me on that..I think Clay Co will get it going here soon.....Clay has talent and plenty of it.... Did anyone see the game last night?? I did not get 2 attend but I heard it was horrible officiating....

I seen a poll on here a couple days ago that had like 3 of the 13th region girls teams in the top 25.....soo I would call that pretty strong.....

I think the girls 13 region is a very strong region this year...with teams like Clay,Corbin,Whitley,Bell,South, and even North.......those are some good teams.....

Play2 I totally agree....No doubt Gilbert is the star.....but Clay Co has tons of talent....And if Gilbert is having a off night, girls like the 2 Jackson girls or Gray or Aubrey have to step their game up...and these girls are very capable of doing this....But I did not know that Gilbert did not get to play when Clay played Corbin and beat them...that gives me even MORE confidence in the lady tigers!

It seems to me that alot of ppl on here just plain out dont like Clay Co....a win is a win.....And Clay does have talent...lotts of it.....I dont know what is going on with Jones but he will snap out of it and start pouring in the points....and you say Clay cant shoot....Hobbs and Little A Hibbard are pretty good 3 point shooters.....I mean why do some of you all just want to just keep putting a team down over and over....I mean these are kids...they dont get paid to go out there and play..they do it for the love of the game...and these kids do get on here and check out the post...so show some respect to these kids...

Sorry, I just dont think Corbin is better than Clay...Like i said clay beat them by like 15 in prescrimage even though those dont count..that does sorda let you know who the better team is....Clay Co girls are the best team in the 13th..with Whitley and Corbin on their tale......

THen who would you believe was the #1 girls team in the 13th....Clay beat Corbin I think by like 15 in a pre scrimage opener....Untill Clay is beaten in the 13th they are the #1 team in the 13th.... my top 5 Girls 13th region teams #1 Clay Co (Clay will be #1 until someone stops them, Gilbert and company know how to work together, dont forget they did win the AAU National Championship about 2 years ago...and it was the same girls playing all this years CCHS team....) #2 Corbin (Corbin is a very balanced team, they have 3 or 4 players who could lead in scoring in any given night...I think they will be a big threat to Clay come March) #3 Whitley (havent really got to see much on this team, I know they are big and strong..and that could be a problem for Corbin......) #4 Bell (Bell is a very good strong team, Brooke Smith knows how to play and if you are going to beat them you have to stop her) #5 South ( I think South is doing pretty rough right now, but by the end of the season they will be chasing Corbin and Clay....)

I dont believe you should be saying that Clay is not a "team"...yes they have by far the best player in the region and probally the moutains with Gilbert...but they have several other great players also....and if Gilbert wanted to...she could make it all about her...I personally believe she could average 35/40 pts a game...but she decides to pass when she sees a "team" mate has a better shot...that is why she is the all time leader in scoring,assets,and steals for Clay Co...so dont diss Clay Co's team couse the do have a Good team... lol I know this is a boys thread but i had to post this to they person saying Clay wasnt a "team"

SO why is South Girls lower the North girls...did North girls beat South girls??? I do think Clay is the best team in the girls 13th right now...I got to see Gilbert put up 36 the other nite and become the all time scoring leader of Clay Co girls basketball....I think it will be a good game between Corbin and Clay..unless Gilbert decides to put up about 40 and thenn the Tigers will walk away with the win....
