Predicting the game scores is not my thing, however I'll be rootin for the Raiders to come out on top of this one. As I said before, I have seen some improvement since our first game this season. Our line for the most part is young, but they'll get a lot of experience this season, hopefully this will make us a more veteran team next season. As for Estill, I know they are 0 and 3, ( been there before! ), but when we played them before they've always been competitors and I would'nt want to overlook that aspect. With that said, see you this Friday!!!

Our record thus far this season is 1 and 2, We lost to Greenup in our opening game, beat Fairview and then lost to Raceland. We are comming off of a by week. Personally I'm looking forward to traveling down to your field this Fri. I have been there once before and enjoyed the atmosphere. As you already know from scouting reports and game film, we are mostly sophmore/junior at the varsity level. After graduating a HOST of seniors last year we are most definitely in a rebuilding process. I have seen some definite improvements in our play over the last few games, we just have to gel and play a solid four quarters. See you Friday Nite!!!

I agree, but hay we've been underated all season. But looking back it sure was nice to see the boys climb up the area ratings! , and showing a good example of what team play is all about. This is playoffs and anything could happen, but I'm looking for the team to go up to Newport and play a solid game. I hear there are two student buses traveling up tonite as well as a host of other locals to show their support for the team. Hope everyone has a safe trip up tonite and I'll see you at the game!!!

I noticed a post earlier with East Carters roster. If possible does anyone have access to a Newport roster? I'd like to be familiar with the players before the game on Friday.

It's a #1 seed at home vs. a #2 seed traveling a long distance. Congrats Newport on your win over Flemming. No predictions here, or trash talk. I think both teams should match up well on the field. Most of the same players from last year with a few additions and subtractions. Just nice to be headed your way with a healthy team this year. Looking forward to Friday!
