If Cal returns, my #1 suggestion would be to bring back John Robic. Apologize to him, do whatever it takes to bond that bridge so to speak and get Robic back.
Whatever happened to Robic?

I think we could be in the very early stages of a huge shift in the college basketball landscape. NIL has changed everything.

They have also now had 50 points tonight on the bench that have fouled out.
Lot of points.

Another team up 3 Houston had a chance up 3 with :10 seconds to play no foul lucky that Taylor missed two good looks at 3 and then they get one at the buzzer when then it was to short to foul then. Now it goes to overtimw.
Houston really crapped the bed down the stretch of regulation.

Per Goodman, Louisville is down to 3 Candidates. Seton Halls coach, Charlestons coach and potentially South Florida’s coach.
That doesn't feel like a murderers row of replacement candidates. I would definitely prefer Holloway of the 3 though.

ACC has been surprisingly strong.

If Calipari is out, Scott Drew just doesn't do it for me. But if that's who is next, I sure hope he does more for Kentucky than he's done at Baylor (and I acknowledge, he brought that program back from the dead) and I will be pulling hard for him.
I have no strong feelings about any name out there other than Jay Wright or Billy Donovan, but I don't see them being realistic options. I would probably be most fine with Bruce Pearl, even though he hasn't had a load of March success.
If I had to guess, I don't think Calipari will be back, but neither do I think he will be fired. I think Barnhart has the leverage between the two and that he'll use it. He won't fire Cal, but I think he's going to communicate to him that he has the money to buy him out now or in the future. Basically let it be known that he's replaceable and he will not have full control next season. Then the ball will be left in Calipari's court, and the two sides will reach an agreement and Cal leaves.
It's to no one's benefit for Calipari to coach at UK next season. And I don't think he will.

Storybook career for Travis Perry. And what a thrilling moment for that team and community.

Buzz Williams team is still playing. I'm not sure whether or not I want him at UK but I do like the guy.
Love him. I wouldn't be sad if he was our coach, but I also don't know if he's the guy.

Garbage conference.

I haven't seen Noah, but he's certainly making this a discussion. Props to him for making the most of this opportunity.

Really pulling for Lyon County, but I think Great Crossing will be too much.

Huff and Noah for Harlan Co. are the only two players to score.
That's not a good stat for the Black Bears.

How in the world did they call that a foul?!
Terrible call.

I don't know, but Barnhart has put himself in a no-win situation.
Who Is The Kentucky Coach Next Season?

I listened to KSR yesterday for the first time in forever. It was my impression that the assistants did not get the information of that deal to Calipari. Maybe I understood that wrong.
