That's something they've never had to do previously and likely they couldn't stand up on such a plane.

HOGWASH!!! We all MUST pay public school taxes. Maybe you can build your own highway system if you decide you don't like the public system. That way you won't have to pay any gasoline, highway, and/or other road related taxes either. HOGWASH!!!
