The radio had Perry Central 13-56 from the field (23%) and 5-28 on threes (18%). They said Buckhorn was 25-43 from the field (53%) and 15-18 (83%) from the free throw line.

If I played in the 14th Region, I would love for Lee Co. or Estill to be the only thing between my team and Rupp Arena.

This region still goes through Perry County whether it be Perry County Central or Hazard. Another 54th District team (Leslie Co.) is the only other team that has a chance to play at Rupp Arena this year.

1. G.R. Clark - About number 4 or 5 in their region, with a loss to Harrison Co. tonight 2. Paul Dunbar - Hardly a powerhouse at 10-14 and not one of the top 8 in their region 3. Lee County - Hardly an impressive loss at home or away 4. Johnson Central in a weak 15th Region 5. Don't know about the Florida team but the Tennesee team is hardly a powerhouse at 11-13 6. Montgomery Co. - A decent 14-10, but no quality wins 7. Southern - They are 6-18 for goodness sakes 8. Hazard - A good showing for Estill 9. Breathitt Co. - Hardly good competition at 4-20 Tough schedule must have a different definition in Estill County.

Was Dixon unhealthy during all 12 losses on the season. I don't consider a team a regional contender at 12-12.

How can Estill be considered a top 2 team when they just lost to Breathitt by 12? The strength of the region is still in the 54th with Leslie, Hazard, and Perry. Neither Lee nor Estill has a win over a top team in the region.

no doubt that Michael Campbell from Hazard is one of the best freshmen in the region, started every game for the dawgs and leads them in rebounding,had 20 pts and 14 rebs against Knott co. earlier this season. not many FRESHMEN ever start for Hazard.
