I asked a guy how to get to Lawrence Co. from McCreary Central. He said you can't get there from here, you have to go to Ashland and start. I guess I'll leave tomarrow and hope the team shows up. If we win I want be in any hurry to get back home.

Well if you follow his directions you better leave around 2 to make kickoff.

I havent seen Highlands play this year, but have seen St. X and Moeller play on TV and there are two of the top 5 teams in D-I in Ohio this year.

Highlands could very well play with the likes of St. Ignatius and Dublin Coffman since they beat St. X.

So the Bluebirds should be State Champs in Kentucky and very well could IMO win the D-I title if they played in Ohio.

This game was 14-6 with 1:57 before halftime and Lawrence returned a KO for a TD.

 

Tolsia got it back and threw a INT and Lawrence scored right before half on a TD Pass.

 

That was the ballgame right there. Shane Pack is very good. Tolsia was missing 7 starters last night and only dressed 27 kids.

 

I wish these 2 teams would play when both teams are good but it never works out like that.

 

I also heard that the West kid was moving as soon as football is over.

I listened to the first half on the internet through Tolsia High School radio station and they never mentioned that they were missing starters.

Also I would say unless you have proof West was moving dont start anything on that subject.

Montana Family wins lawsuit

My Jr year we got hot and beat a 1 seed that had beaten us by almost 40 at our place earlier in the year. We won at their place in double OT without our starting QB! We might have been a 3 seed can't remember if it was that or a 4. Went on and pulled a couple more upsets and were 4 points from playing in the state championship where the team that beat us lost by 3! Anything is possible come playoff time!

stick1 remember that year very well. LC was a 3 seed beating a 2 seed Sheldon Clark in the first round, then beat Russell 18 -15 in double OT, then beat Mason Co a 4 seed 20-14 to advance to the Semi-finals.
