Haven't seen any discussion on this topic. From what I hear it happened really fast:confused:

Way too many "me's" from what I hear; they are gaining a reputation around here for being a very selfish group that is looking for the individual success, and not very team-oriented(willing to block for each other, focus on assignments, etc...). That spells big-time trouble for any hs program in my opinion. You can see it from the stands on Friday and hear it around town-individual accolades 1st, team goals a distant 2nd. Sad but true, and I hate it for the kids that are playing for the team and want to do whatever it takes to win.
Why don't you rain down some more doom and gloom on the Admirals. If you think things are so bad why don't you just quit following the program.

I think Danville will win this one without much trouble. I just hope they get serious and focused. This game the clock should be running in the second half continuously. I also hope they stay focused, if they do I think they can make a good run at the 2A title.:thumb:

I'm looking for the ADS top rusher to see limited to no playing time friday due to a nagging ankle sprain.

Danville's kicking game has been really good. I would say that 80% of the kick offs are going into the end zone, extra points are automatic, and Danville kicked two field goals last week, so the kicking game is a strong point for them. The kick off guy is also the punter and can either "BOOM IT" or kick rugby style which ever is needed.:flame:

Seriously,
I think if Danville comes in focused and ready to play Frankfort doesn't have a chance. When they play that way, I think they could beat a lot of the teams in the state. But, there is one problem, Danville doesn't always play focused. So we'll have to wait til Friday to see what happens. I'm just glad its being played in Danville. I think Danville's field will hold up better to the weather. Danville's offense needs a dry field also.

Danville does not have the same personel this year. Bryant , Hughes and the linebackers played huge game
I'll better just call Coach Harp and tell him that the ADS might as well not show up then. I'm with Wireman, Frankfort will probably burn the scoreboard lights out and Fields and company will rush for at least a thousand yards.:scared:

I think Danville figured out how to contain Mr. Fields last year. I haven't seen them play but I can't imagine Frankfort would have anybody that can run like Robinson. He did the most damage in the second game last year.:flame:

The weather looks like it may be wet again friday. This could have some influence on who wins. Normally speedy backs can't juke and make the cuts they would like.

Danville's Antwoine Simon Questionable for friday night.:scared:

What kind of running game does Madison Central have? If they can play smash mouth football, running the ball up the middle they may have a chance. If they rely on speed and trying to get outside, then Danville has the speed to stop them. We'll see come Saturday. I'll take Danville 28-13.:flame: :dancingpa

they lost their starter, but return the back up guy form last year. His name is Trey Grey. He has a good arm, his ability to take the team over and develope as the year goes on is what the Ads will be depending on. I watched them practice last night, it looks like they have over all good team speed.

Don't be so careful Adopted, Danville and Bardstown go #1 and #2, everybody else brings up the rear.:flame: :dancingpa

I don't think Danville vs Frankfort will be revenge, but will be redemption when the ADS beat Frankfort in three weeks.:fight: :ylsuper: :walk:  :thumb:

""IFFFF", Danville can cut out the turnovers, I say Danville 35-14, "BBUT" "IF" not Danville in a close one 35-34.:jump:  :dancingpa :fight:
-
Danville looked ok, they just need more practice and reps with offense. If they can get their timing down and catch the ball consistantly the offense will be deadly. The defense looked solid and is usually ahead of the offense this time of year.:thumb: :flame:

Leonard Macon from Danville, standing 6'6" has great potential. He's only going to be a sophmore.:dancingpa

Can someome tell me if the football field is at the school? And by the way I read the story on B-town vs. Holy Cross and it seems to me that B-town was behind a lot of the game and had to depend on some big plays to pull out a victory. People can say what they want, Louisville Holy Cross is a solid team that very well could have defeated Danville and Bardstown. I think Danville is a little more war tested than B-town and this is what will pull the Ads through friday.

I think Danville regroups and takes care of business this friday DHS 28 HC 7. Everybody was worried about last friday, but take away 2 bad plays and Bethlehem doesn't score. Danville dominated the game, and if you were there it was never in doubt. Danville just needs to work om their short field offense. Danville gained over 500 yds, just afew mistakes at critical times. :thumb:

The thinking behind this rule is dog doodoo. So they have to forfeit the regular season games because an ineligiable player played. Yet even though that ineligiable player played in the state tourney they dont have to forfeit those games. The KHSAA is talking out of both ends of their mouth with that rule.
As unfair as it sounds, they did it for situations like this, ifits still the regular season its not to hard to unravel. But once the playoffs start things get complicated when dealing with these situations, fair or not this is the procedure the khsaa decided to use. It the easiest way to deal with the problem. Not fair by any stretch of the imagination, but probably the only way they can go at this point. :walk:

I don't know much, but the logical thing to do at this point is let the injuction stand for games previously played. But now that the injunction is over ruled Mitchel is ineligible to play Saturday, but the 3A game goes on.

This is surprising, I hope his work ethic has improved.:scared::eek:
