As usual really good game in the 3rd region tourny. Apollo was actually down 19 - 8 at one point as they came out really flat. The Eagles finally got back even at the end of the 3rd at 30 each. It was a nail bitter from there on out. Apollo trailed by 2 with about a 6 seconds left in the game and Tyler Brown took to ball the length of the floor into the lane and found Delon Butler for a layup at the buzzer to send it into OT. Tyler Brown led all scorers with 24 pts. including 18 of 18 from the stripe. The Eagles advance to face Owensboro on Tuesday night.
