I think FHS will be fine in whatever direction they go. Just whoever becomes the coach make sure they grow community relationships, and make sure the kids buy-in!!

Old coach made mistakes don't mean he didn't learn from it and improve!!

He has coached at FHS and seems to be a real supporter of the school... He maybe a alumni of the school. I think he coached at Shelby co as well..

In a 30 mile radius you have Lex Cath, Franklin Co, Douglass, Bryan Station, Woodford, and Scott Co. Which all of those teams have winning cultures, and this year they all made it to the third round of playoffs some either farther. Even with Woodford just starting to create that buzz, you can find young coaches from those programs that would most likely make a big impact on FHS

Even someone who is willing to put roots down..

Needs to be someone who has ties to Frankfort.. Someone who works there, or has kids there, or has been invested for a long period of time!
