Caught most of this one before X vs D.
High Level game by two very good teams.
I think they are destined to meet again.
-
I’ve always thought that if you are the only game in town it would be to your advantage.
Scott County (before GC opened) as an example. You can get the youth league on board with terminology and practice routines so when the kids got to HS they were ahead of Freshmen at other places.

Will they have any answers for their rivals on Shelbyville Rd?
-
Coach Szabo at Trinity is stepping away from the program.
-
I know at one time Trimble was in with the Oldham County schools.
I don’t understand the reasoning to make a 3 team district
-
Are you in the T marketing department?
If so you deserve a raise!
-
Long overdue in the City.
If done statewide, the 8th region could/should be home to a few “Louisville” schools.

The training didn’t work.

Really good game tainted by the zebras at the end
How can THREE miss this?

It did not “look late”
It WAS late

There is no way that should count
Awful way to end a good game

I’ll take the Rocks by 8.
They have the guards to handle X pressure and they defend well enough to slow down the 3 ball.

Anyone know what district WEB will be in next year when eligible?

I also am curious about this. Do players from the counties that border Boyle County go to or move into Boyle County?
Absolutely not!
Not one player from a bordering county has EVER gone to Boyle.
*See what I did there?

Please dial THS at 502-895-9427 and ask to be connected to the Athletic Office. We would love to play more in state schools.
They won’t call.
It would be great for KY HS football to have games like this but it rarely happens.
BG does more of the playing big names than anyone and it has not hurt them one bit. I think that started with Wallace when he was the coach there.
Hell you get 10 exhibition games before the real season starts!!! Why not schedule a few tough ones?

You think they can beat Mercy?
They have already beaten Bullitt East. Only have to beat one of Mercy/BE to make region.
Sixth Region is certainly wide open this year

Whitefield is really good.
They can make the region tourney this year if things fall right.
I don’t know if they could hang with C HC assuming they get to All A.
-
Nothing wrong with a good CLEAN rivalry.
My preference has always been to have the prayer before games. Sometimes after games emotions are running high, but to each their own.

CAL, Boyle, Trinity all won easily and had better games against BETTER teams earlier in tourney.
Its a flawed system the should NOT be used to seed playoffs.
-
This system is why the football playoffs ROUTINELY have blowouts in State Final games.
Fix it or use a different program.
Inexcusable!
-
Correct
Nor should they have.
The SETH rankings use last year as well as this year. Why use last years finish as a starting point when many teams lose seniors/transfers/coaches?
The LIT is one of the best tourneys in the State. I wish they would run it as such.
-
Bottom of bracket is loaded.
Should be a great tourney

I have heard (not seen with my own eyes) that WEB Dubois did not qualify for the LIT with an 8-3 record and that Western with a 1-9 record did qualify.
Make that make sense if true?

X has a nice little home court advantage that was noticed by other coaches that were scouting at this game.
