He's coached under the principals father (Redman) 10yrs ago. It was a 5-1 split in the committee. 5 for another coach 1 for Oldham. 1 being the principal who has the final say. He was let go from Jtown after an incident which can be looked up. Really expected more from the administration at Carroll but that's been fail point for that school for some time. However he's coming into a pretty solid team that should be very strong. We'll see how he incorporates his son a incoming Senior to the mix.
