I wish Alex well. I know a number of girls were planning on not playing next year which is a travesty. I wish my kids had a better experience. My concern has always been for the players so hopefully the program keeps building.

It seems like it wasn't necessarily the parents. The girls that were no longer "Wiefit girls" as you say had enough of the bullying, the body shaming and the toxic environment that he created. Many had decided to not return so there would not have been much of a soccer team next year if he stayed.

As predicted in my first post, Highlands needs a new soccer coach.

I heard the Notre Dame coach has departed. I have also heard of some rumblings at Highlands. Any other coaches gone from Northern Kentucky teams?

Sacred Heart 1-0 over Anderson.

Lebanon 8-0 over Boone.

Birds dominated the game. GRC goalie and the post made some great saves or it would have been a lot worse. I think they had only one good shot on goal until a couple late corners near the end.

Girls went to another bathroom by the concession stand since the other one was full. Benched for half a game. Others didnt start because of being late due to a wreck on the exit ramp due to bad weather.
