I will add, you have to do things like that to spice things up and make it fun. Beechwood has been so dominant in 2A that things can get a little too routine.

I agree 100% with this. Anything to get their mind right and ready for this playoff push. Beechwood is seen as an after thought by many fan bases in this 2A top tier. Most are expecting OC vs LCA/Mayfield winner in the title game. For Beechwood to travel to Mayfield or LCA and make it to the title game they are going to need a different mind set defensively to help their offense. If getting them fired up by changing uniforms for a game I am all for it. 

Breathitt County travels to Fort Mitchell to square off against Beechwood in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Beechwood defeated Danville 49-0 in the 1st round while Breathitt County defeated Bracken County 46-26. Beechwood is #4 in 2A according to RPI and Breathitt County is #18 in 2A. Since 1998 Beechwood is 2-0 against Breathitt County (37-8 in 2001 and 52-7 in 2020). Who wins and why??????

Congrats to the Red Colonels!!!!! Awesome game to watch and Defense became stingy after the 2 TD’s got scored on them. Woodford threw the ball way more than I expected when it was still a game early on. 

What a great game!!!! Campbell gave it their all and came up just short. Congrats to BE.
