1st and 10 Flaherty runs for 2 yards. 2nd and 8 Hayden throws to Fryman at the 10 for another 1st down. 

1st and 10 at MC 36 incomplete to Cusick in the end zone. 2nd and 10 quick throw to Linder who takes it down to the 20. 

1st and 10 BW Hayden throws to Flaherty for another 1st down. 

1st and 10 at BW 40 run by Flaherty for 1 yard. 2nd and 9 throws quickly to Erdman who runs for a first down. 

1st and 10 MC offside on BW. 1st and 5 run for 4 yards. 2nd and 1 Zander Reigler tackles the QB for a loss of 1. 3rd and 2 run for 1 yard. 4th and 1 BW stops the ball carrier short. BW ball. 

Martin County fair caught the kick off. 1st play running back stopped for 1 yard loss. 2nd and 11 run for 8 yards. 3rd and 3 first down run by Messer.

Hayden now has the school record for passing TD’s passing Drew Feiger. It’s his 41st of the year.

Beechwood received the kick and recovered an onside kick. 1st play 52 yard TD pass Hayden to Fryman 52 yards. XP is good 7-0 Tigers 

I am very biased toward Ryle as my nephew graduated from Ryle last year and my Neice is a senior this year. I know Station has been ranked higher all year but Ryle has really turned a corner and has been playing inspired ball. The offense is scoring at a higher pace than any Ryle offense I can remember in the past. I am hoping for Ryle to get the job done and move on to the Semifinals!!!!!

What I need to see this week from the Tigers is 2 things:

1- Can they continue to improve their run defense and get the other teams offense off the field so their offense can get in a rhythm and continue humming at the pace they have been. The rush defense has been the biggest struggle all year and this is the last game to get it fine tuned before facing LCA or Mayfield who have very very good running backs in the next round. 
2- I need to see better discipline and not getting silly personal foul penalties that essentially gave Breathitt County one of their Touchdowns last week. When you have 2-3 on 1 drive and one of those after Breathitt had punted and gave them a first down is a killer. 
 

Coach Volker is a defensive minded coach and we are far enough into the year that the defense needs to start showing improvement and that we can compete with the other top 3 teams in the class and make a title run.

This is what all season has been leading up to in 2A. The next 3 weeks are going to be battles and this week is LCA at Mayfield. As far as a prediction I believe LCA has played the type of schedule that has them ready for this game. I feel like the whole game will be a battle and LCA eeeks out a victory at the end. Playing at Mayfield is no joke and it’s going be a tough battle.

Boy this sounds like an ugly scene. Cooper needs to get out of this before it gets worse and they get someone ejected. Never know how kids will react to scenes like this.

Beechwood win 42-12!!!! Great game by Chase Flaherty offensively and defensively. To many personal foul penalties for the Tigers. They must stop retaliating if someone is doing something to them.

Clay Hayden just threw his 40th TD on the year. 42-12 Tigers!!!

Breathitt is doing a good job of controlling the clock and running for first downs. Beechwood D is their weakest facet this year and they just struggle to be physical and stop the run. Once they get stops then the offense can start humming.

I just want to see the defense keep progressing. It has been a struggle at times this year and the challenges are only getting harder from here on out.

They streamed video in the regular season but said during a broadcast that the playoffs would be audio only on the Mixlr app. Not sure why as other schools are streaming their games.
