Fryman has already committed to Louisville baseball. Baseball is probably his best but he is so athletic that I could see him getting better offers in football if he continues to build his body.

Congrats to Mayfield and good luck next week. Both teams gave it all and Mayfield just made enough plays to win. Great year Tigers  and we will miss this Senior class. Underclassman better have a bitter taste in their mouth and come back next year hungrier and better. 

I don’t know how Beechwood got the ball as the start of the half but Tyler Fryman took a direct snap and ran 30 or so yards for the TD.

Wow so many highlights of HS student hurdling people I’ve seen on videos. I have never seen that called. 

What is hurdling I have never heard that called???

I think Cooper is a much different team than the first matchup and I think they will contain Benke and Giesler a little better than last time and get the upset victory. Highlands is a great team but like has been mentioned they haven’t been tested and rightly so being the overall #1 seed in the class but sometimes that works to a disadvantage. Cooper has played 2 really good teams the last 2 weeks on the road and have passed those tests with flying colors.

Well the entire season has been leading to this matchup. Beechwood defense will need to prove they have prepared themselves enough to make some stops against Cartwright, Starks, and company. If they can I can see a path for a Beechwood victory. The other big key to this game is the ability for the Beechwood line to keep Clay clean in the pocket. LCA was not able to keep the D Line of Mayfield off of Cutter and it lead to sacks and turnovers. As always I am picking my Tigers but Mayfield is a great team and this game is going to test Beechwood in every facet of the game.

LCA is a turnover machine tonight. You just can’t win big games turning it over that many times. Mayfield just keep capitalizing on them.
