So proud of our Senior class who had only won 2 games in their career before this year. Waggener moved to 5-4 with a chance at their first winning season since 2004, with a win next week over Valley.

I have attempted to refrain from replying or saying anything on the message boards for fear of saying something that may not be politically correct or be taken the wrong way, however this is frustrating to read as a first year coaching trying to change the culture of a school that has been down for so long. We do have several new players at Waggener, however only 2 have joined us since the season began. Yes, some of our players get fewer reps compared to last year, which is to be expected on any team that is competitive, our players have embraced the change of culture and style of play and are having the time of their lives. It is always my goal to attempt to make sure every player that walks out of my program knows that I care for them and gave them the opportunity to accomplish their goals.
