I'm not sure I see the difference between the teams you mentioned and some of the teams already on Ryle's schedule. LaSalle, Elder, CovCath, and the rest will be a huge measuring stick.

The Ryle freshman team will be really good this year with a schedule to prove it. Trinity scrimmage, Campbell Co, Conner, Boone, Cincinnati Elder, Cincinnati Lasalle, Cooper, Campbell Co, Simon Kenton, Highlands, and CovCath. The Ryle freshman just won the linemen challenge over Highlands, CovCath, Cooper, and Simon Kenton.

The incoming Freshman class has a ton of size. The Freshman line will average around 220 and will be improved from last year. Most of the bigs now wrestle and will be a lot better at hand fighting in the trenches. This class has size all over the skilled positions also. Their running back is already 6' 175, along with the tight end and other receivers 6' plus.

No surprise to see most of their better players also listed in the state wrestling rankings. High School and Middle School.

Conner and the Union Raiders (RYLE) play tonight. I would put the winner of the game in the top 10. Maybe even both teams.
