SK then went 3 and out on next drive. Anderson takes over on their 39.
-
3 to 0 anderson.
Sk went 3 and out. Punters knee was down at their 15. Where anderson took over gained 4 yards on 3 plays and kicked a fg.

So upset I missed this again. :(

Dang so close but yet so far away! Congrats @Skeeterback. I'm sure I'll drop down quick enough in overall standings after this week!

...or would anyone else like to hear about something besides Antonio Brown’s helmet?
Now all you're going to hear about is Andrew Luck retires at 29!!!!
-
Being a colts fan this stinks! Can't blame him for doing what's best for him! There was a reason Ballard and Irsay didn't want to trade Brissett. Brissett is no Andrew Luck and I'm now unsure of how this season goes for the colts. But I'll be wearing colts gear and heading up there twice as I do every year! Disappointed is what comes to mind! But this is a good indy team with or without Luck.

Leaving their mark that they were there, especially on a golf course.
On the greens mostly those dang birds!

Heck I sat in a 400 section earlier this year Gennett hit a foul ball and tagged a girl in the leg about 4 rows up she had no clue ball was coming because her head was buried in her cell phone. I voted yes just because of the danger it could be! I mean we've seen it multiple times this year where a child gets hit.

I'm Hoping Boone Co. starts the season 1-0!
-
Great Hire plenty of untapped talent that will respond well from Warner’s style of coaching!
Could be too early to say but the Raider / Rebel rivalry may become as intense as it once was!
O the good ole days!
-
Being a colts fan, for those of you who haven't seen them much this year they been on fire on both sides of the ball! Very sneaky good football team!
-
That 5A District 5 should be make for some very good games. With the CCH-HHS and Cooper-Conner rivalries and Boone somewhat getting things turned around it should make for some competitive games to watch IMO.
I'm hoping Boone Co. turns it around.
-
No. They are all in the class where they should be now.
Thats good I always felt those three needed to be in 5A!
-
I thought all Boone County schools were being made to stay in 6A?

Apples and oranges. SK’s size and the fact that they have two feeder programs provide them more talent and more depth. Despite the recent success, there are still many in the area that still think of Scott as the old Scott. Open enrollment is still a problem, as I know of at least a half dozen quality players that should be at Scott that are open enrolled at SK. The new coach is going to have to find a way to keep more of those kids. Scott has done much better in this area than in years past, but there is still room to improve. The youth program is solid. The middle school team has won 3 championships in the last 6 years. There are really good players in the pipeline, and on the current roster. But depth is still a problem. The next coach has got to keep fighting and battling for players to keep kids in district.
They have the right formula in Taylor Mill...they don’t have to “run a program like SK”. The program just needs to keep building and improving the program that’s in place. The “program” has been in place since Dave Campbell took over 10 years ago. It jumped a level or two under Coach Woolley. What those two coaches accomplished in a decade is really remarkable. Now, they need to get the right guy in place...the pieces are place for the program to take another jump. They don’t need to do it the SK “way”.
Rumor has it open enrollment will be ending in Kenton Co. Maybe once they do that Scott will keep some of those kids. Obviously doesn't stop them from going to Beechwood or Covcath. Good luck to the new coach! Hopefully he can keep the trend going up for Scott football!
