Mayfield doesn't get rolling without the catch 3 yards out of bounds. Kid had no control and was bobbling it in the white part of out of bounds.

 

Look Mayfield won, they get to advance, don't be surprised BGpreps peeps if they lose to CAL. They will be without their best LB.

That's an understatement TP! Trajon Bright. I can't say enough about this kid. Roughly 268 yds rushing and 4 TD'S. WOW!! Looking forward to going to CAL.

No disrespect to OC at all because I think they have a fine ball club but the only team imo that is gonna beat Mayfield is Mayfield. We are playing really good sound football right now. I will agree with toothpick. This is one the best offenses I have seen at Mayfield. Defense is pretty darn stout as well. Arnett our QB is throwing the ball the best he ever has at this point and boy is he poised!!!! Like another poster mentioned, our 3 WR'S are playmakers and now with a healthy Bright back in the backfield we are jus gonna be a tough out.

Don't get me wrong, upsets happen all the time in football but this Mayfield football team is fine tuned right now. Mayfield by 21+

The rest of 2A had better bring their A game against the Cardinals. They are on a mission. These group of seniors are gonna make sure this team finishes strong!

Don't want to be too overconfident but I truly think the only team that's gonna beat Mayfield the rest of the way is Mayfield!
