  1. Definitely an evenly matched game. Looked like a fairly decent turnout in the stands too. Who's idea was it for the breast cancer theme? I know October is breast cancer awareness month. Dixie keeper made some really good saves. I've only seen HC play one other game this year and they had trouble defending set pieces in that one also. Do you think it's because they are a physically small sized team? Both defenses looked good - not giving up many good offensive chances. Was HC man marking certain Dixie players? The one boy for HC, I think #15 looked like a shutdown defender. I haven't seen any comments on any of the other threads (best defensive players) about any Dixie or HC defenders.
  2. True and at least the parents were classy enough to talk to that Cooper student. I don't ever see that at HHS. Probably because the parents in the stands are focusing on some kind of conspiracy theory to gtet the coaches replaced (girls team).
  3. I would have to agree with you. They also represent their schools with class unlike an earlier post (girls soccer) about a Cooper student yelling "break their legs". HHS usually has a good student section turnout but usually not much class out of them. They tend to come out to harass the other team's players (making fun off the color of their cleats, calling them mommas boys, etc.).
