This seems like an interesting matchup. I watched Collins a few times during 7on7 and they seen to have some nice talent. I also know they are breaking in a new QB. Madison Central has 28 seniors on their roster, along with their starting QB back. Who do you guys have winning?

Collins doesn't make the list? That is surprising. They have quite a few really good looking athletes.

I remember watching Johnell Locke in 2004 play for JTown and he has remained one of my favorite players that I have watched in the state of KY.

I also remember watching Marcus Wright at Eminence and he was Reggie Bush before there was Reggie Bush

Spencer Co. seems to have lost quite a bit over the last few years, but they have one of the best coaches in the state of KY in my opinion. I am a big fan of Coach Marksbury and believe he will get the best out of each one of his players year in year out. Spencer is in a tough district with Shelby Co, Franklin Co, and Collins.

This should be a fantastic game to watch. Two totally different styles. Two great teams. Two great coaching staffs. Should be a fun one Friday night. Collins 38-31

I agree Tommy2Tone... Losing to Henry is enough for me as well. I don't want to predict a score but I do think Oldham has tremendously improved. Just not enough to win this game.

I love the fact that coach Lefors has his 2a team playing 4a,5a,and 6a schools. They should definitely be ready come playoff time. CAL wins this game.

Shelby will finally be battle-tested this week as they have played less than a mediocre schedule to date. I look for Shelby's fullback to have a big game (as usual) but they lose the game.

PRP looked great against BG.

This should be a great game. Ballard has a ton of athletes. They are desperate for a win. Collins is well-coached and disciplined. They also have a very shifty qb. Collins also has a tough offense to stop. If Collins get off to a fast start, LOOK OUT. If not, then I look for the game to be a very close finish. I say Collins win 34-28

BE running back Hunter Purdue is a great player, but he won't be able to win this one alone. Central Hardin in a blowout.

Most definitely (in high school.) Some teams are beat before they even get off the bus just because of the school they are playing. For example, Boyle Co. has not been as talented of a team the last few years but they still manage to win a lot of games. I think the credit goes to great coaching, but I also think a lot of teams are immediately intimidated before kickoff, sampling because its, well.... BoCo

This should be an interesting game. A lot of big time talent on the field. Hopefully Waggener can turn it around and perform better than last week. We shall see.

I am not saying it will be easy. I am very familiar with the success that HHS has had over the years. What is so scary?

HHS has a ton of tradition but Coach Hawkins at Doss has completely changed the culture at that school. He has a ton of talent and has the guys believing they can win. I look for Doss to knock off the big boys from NKY.

I could not agree more BlueInsider13... The funny thing is blueandblack was all for the Titans in 2013 when they won state. He was all over Shelby Co last year when they had a great team. Seems to me he just likes to choose between whichever team is playing better that year. PLEASE DO NOT MISTAKE HIM FOR A TITAN HOMER!!

Collins has a female kicker as well
