We all know that playing tough competition helps prepare for states. According to Maher South Oldham played the toughest slate of KY opponents in the state this year.
Going into the game, Oldham County had allowed 33 goals (39 at the end of the game). Having seen them twice already this year it looks like South Oldham had Oldham County figured out.
South Oldham has also already seen both Trinity (0-2 L) and St X (1-2 L). The Region 7 winner will no doubt be favored, but they'll have to travel to South Oldham to punch their ticket to the quarterfinals.
Region 7/8 winner faces the Region 9/10 winner in the quarterfinals. Should be interesting. Go Northern KY!
