Was just offering a possibility of why Cordia over other schools. I do not have any info on the transfers to help you out. I do know of a kid that moved a couple hundred miles just to play for a certain coach but that has nothing to do with this situation.

Just pure speculation but maybe they knew Rhodes(him being from that area) and they wanted to play for him. Just a possibility of how 2 kids from nyc may wind up in Cordia over Trinity, Ballard or Male.

I have only seen them play a few times, but was very impressed with Stanley. Real good handles and composure for an 8th grader and i have also heard he can shoot the rock. Would have to agree on Jump. My first impression was that he was just a 3 point shooter(does this REALLY WELL) but after watching him in the "all a" against owen co. kid can get to the rim and finish.

Nice win for the cats. Had 3 starters with 2 fouls apiece in the first quarter. Good thing about GC is that they got 7-8 players that are somewhat interchangeable. Not much of a loss (if any) when they go to the bench. They have 5 or 6 guys capable of leading them on any given night.
